摘  要:目的探讨syndecan-1和EGFR在甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PTMC)中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化En Vision法检测110例PTMC切除标本中syndecan-1和EGFR的表达,分析其表达与临床病理指标之间的关系,并分析两种蛋白之间表达的相关性。以癌旁组织和50例腺瘤组织进行对照。结果 Syndecan-1在PTMC中的阳性率为97.27%,与腺瘤中的表达的差异显著(P<0.05),与癌旁组织的表达差异不显著。EGFR在PTMC中的阳性率为78.18%,与癌旁组织和腺瘤中的表达的差异不显著(P<0.05)。Syndecan-1与各项临床病理指标间的表达差异不显著。EGFR的表达与患者年龄、性别有关(P<0.05),与其余指标比较差异不显著。PTMC中syndecan-1与EGFR的表达不相关。结论 Syndecan-1和EGFR在PTMC中高表达,它们可能在微小癌的侵袭、转移中发挥作用。Objective To evaluate the expression of syndecan-1 and EGFR in papillary thyroid microcarcinoma and to investigate their relationships with this neoplasm. Methods Expression of syndecan-1 and EGFR was evaluated by immunohistochemistry in 110 paraffin embedded papillary thyroid microcarcinoma specimens compared to tissue adjacent to cancers and 50 adenomas. The associations between their expression and clinical pathological parameters were analyzed, and so did the association between expression of the two proteins. Results The positive rate of syndecan-1 expression in PTMC was 97.27% , which was statistical difference from that adenoma (χ^2 = 10. 5509, P 〈 0.05 ). The positive rate of EGFR expression was 78.18%. Significant differences from the tissue adjacent to cancer and adenoma were found (χ^2 = 84. 1456 and 16. 2800, P 〈 0.05 ). The associations between syndecan-1 expression and clinicopathological parameters were not found. The associations between EGFR expression and patient age and sex were found (χ^2 = 3. 9437 and 5. 6478, P 〈 0. 05). The positive expression of syndecan-1 was not related to the expression of EGFR. Conclusions There is high expression of syndecan-1 and EGFR in PTMC, which might have roles in invasion and metastasis of the neoplasm.
