摘　　要：目的在前期量表开发的基础上,制定脑卒中高危者及其家属院前延迟行为意向测评（SPDBI）量表的地区常模及分级标准,为评价黑龙江省脑卒中高危者及其家属院前延迟行为意向提供依据。方法于2013-03-11至2013-03-20选取哈尔滨市某三级甲等医院及哈尔滨地区4个社区服务机构的脑卒中高危者及其家属602名,以SPDBI测评量表为测评工具,对测评对象进行调查,建立原始粗分常模和标准分常模,计算Z分数和T分数,并按照标准T分对SPDBI测评量表评分进行水平分级。结果样本观察值符合正态分布,测评对象SPDBI测评量表总分平均为（81.7±15.2）分,平均得分率为60.53%,在原始粗分常模的基础上编制了原始分-T分、Z分常模转化表,并分为5个等级：总分≤50分者院前延迟可能性非常小;总分51~65分者院前延迟的可能性较小;总分66~96分者院前延迟行为意向呈中等水平;总分97~111分者院前延迟的可能性比较大;总分≥112分者院前延迟的可能性非常大。结论针对SPDBI测评量表建立的常模具有良好的代表性,可以作为黑龙江省脑卒中高危者及其家属院前延迟行为意向测评的参考标准。Objective To establish the norm of stroke pre - hospital delay behavior intention（ SPDBI） scale for patients at high risk for stroke and their family members in Heilongjiang and make a grading standard,so as to provide references for evaluating stroke pre - hospital delay behavior intention. Methods This study collected 602 subjects from a third - grade class - A hospital and four community service agencies in 11 March to 20 March 2013 in Harbin. Patients at high risk for stroke and their family members were included. SPDBI scale is employed to investigate on the subjects. Original score norm and standard score norm were build,by which Z score,and T score were then calculated,and horizontal classification was conducted on the scores in SPDBI scale according to standard T score. Results The sample observation value accords with norm distribution. The mean score and the mean scoring rate of subjects were（81. 7± 15. 2）and 60. 53% . Based on original score norm,a conversion table of original score,T score and Z score was made,in which the total score were divided into five grades- score at or below 50 indicated very small possibility in pre - hospital delay,score of 51 to 65 indicated small possibility,score of 66 to 96 indicated medium possibility,score of 97 to 111 indicated large possibility,scores at or above 112 indicated very large possibility. Conclusion The norm of SPDBI scale is of good representation,and can be used as a reference to assess the pre - hospital delay behavior intention of patients at high risk for stroke and their family members in Heilongjiang Province.
