摘 要:目的探讨PDCA循环管理在护理实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选取我院52名护理实习生为研究对象,采取随机性的方法,将其分为A1组和A2组,每组26名护理实习生,A1组采用常规管理方法进行带教管理,A2组采用PDCA循环管理方法进行带教管理。比较两组实习生的理论成绩和临床操作成绩,调查患者对两组实习护理工作的满意度,对数据进行处理和分析。结果 A1组实习生的理论成绩和操作成绩均低于A2组,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。同时带教老师对A1实习生的满意度较高,与A2比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.016,P<0.05)。结论在医院带教管理中,PDCA循环管理方法能够有提高学生的综合素质,提高实习学生的业务水平,提高医院护理实习生的教学质量。ObjectiveTo explore the application of PDCA cycle management in nursing internship teaching effect.Methods Select our hospital 52 nursing interns as the research object, adopts the method of random, it can be divided into A1 and A2 groups, each group of 26 nursing interns, A1 group routine management method is adopted to improve the teaching management, A2 group using PDCA cycle management approach to the teaching management. Comparison of two groups of interns theory result and clinical operation result, research on two groups of patients with practice nurses job satisfaction, the data processing and analysis.Results Interns theory result and operation result of A1 group were lower than group A2, compare the differences between groups were statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05). At the same time with the teacher on A1 interns satisfaction is higher, compared with A2, statistically significant difference (χ^2=7.016, P〈0.05).Conclusion In the teaching hospital management, PDCA cycle management method can improve the comprehensive quality of students, improve the business level of students, improve the teaching quality of hospital nursing interns.
