摘　　要：在护士的培养中,护理临床教学是一个非常重要的课程内容,这门课程能够充分的让学生将理论知识应用到实际的工作中,同时也有利于树立其社会责任感和使命感,所以提高临床实习护士的教学水平也成为我国护理医学教学中的一项重要的目标。本文主要分析了临床实习护士的教学与管理,以供参考和借鉴。In the nurse＇s training, nursing clinical teaching is a very important content of the course, the course should fully make students apply the theoretical knowledge to practical work, but also help to build up the sense of social responsibility and mission, so to improve clinical practice nurse teaching level has become an important the goal of nursing medical teaching in china. This article mainly analyzes the teaching and management of clinical practice nurse, for reference.
