摘　　要：细胞生物学是生命科学的基础学科,进展迅速。为了培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,配合理论课程教学改革的深化,细胞生物学实验的教学改革势在必行。针对细胞生物学实验教学中普遍存在的问题,从教学大纲、教学内容和方法、考核评价体系、实践基地等方面进行了改革探索。通过教学改革,提高了教学效果,增强了学生的学习主动性,培养了学生的实践能力。Cell biology, which progresses rapidly, is the basis of the life sciences. Facing the teaching reform of the cell biology, cell biology experiment teaching must be reformed in order to improve students＇ practical ability and creative qualities. According to the common problems in experimental teaching of cell biology, the experimental teaching reform was carried out from the aspects of syllabus, teaching content, methods of evaluation system, and practice bases, etc. The reform had improved teaching effectiveness, enhanced students＇ learning motivation, and developed students＇ practical abilities.
