教师教育精品资源共享课建设刍议——基于国家级教师教育精品资源共享课获立项建设课程的分析

摘　　要：教师教育精品资源共享课建设是"十二五"期间实施的"高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程"精品资源共享课建设工作的重要组成部分。本文通过对国家级教师教育精品资源共享课获立项课程的分析,发现获国家级教师教育精品资源共享课立项课程具有地区分布不均衡,获立项高校及培养层次分布广,建设内容更加全面,观念、主体、内容、方式实现转变等特点,进而提出教师教育精品资源共享课在建设目标上须促进教师专业成长,在内容上须体现先进性、创新性、实践性和发展性,在结构上须具有共享性和可拓展性,在呈现方式上须多元化,在建设团队方面须注重协同性,在应用方面须注重动态交互性,在课程管理机制上须注重课程内涵式可持续发展机制的建立。The construction of teacher education fine resource sharing courses is an important part of ＂the undergraduate course teaching quality and teaching reform project＂ during the implementation of the 12th Five- Year Plan. Through the analysis of national teacher education fine resource sharing courses, this paper finds that national teacher education fine resource sharing courses have some characteristics： the unbalanced area distribution, the wide distribution of university cultivating levels, more comprehensive constructing contents, the transform of idea, content, subject and method. Then this paper presents further the construction requirements that teacher education fine resource sharing courses must promote the professional growth of teachers in the construction target, the advanced nature, practice, innovation and development in the content, the sharing and expansibility in the structure, the diversity in the presentation, the coordination in the construction of teams, dynamic alternation in the application and the sustainable development mechanism＇s establishment of the curriculum connotation in the curriculum management mechanism.
