摘  要:采用高脂血症(HLP)大鼠模型研究红、黑米皮对脏器的保护作用.试验56 d后,测定各组大鼠血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及游离脂肪酸(FFA)的浓度,通过苏木精—伊红(H-E)染色观察肝脏、腹主动脉和心脏病理学变化.结果表明:与模型组相比较,红、黑米皮组ALT活性下降了14.73%和64.50%,AST活性下降了16.59%和41.79%,FFA浓度降低了41.54%和31.54%,CAT活性升高了45.09%和101.16%,GSH-Px活性升高了13.02%和36.26%,SOD活性升高了10.28%和28.60%;红、黑米皮减轻大鼠肝脏、主动脉的脂肪性病变程度,而心脏并未有病理改变.可见,红、黑米皮可以提高机体抗氧化能力,减轻肝脏、主动脉细胞及其他组织的损伤,对HLP具有一定的改善作用.The experiment was conducted to observe the anti-hyperhpemia effects of red and black rice polishings and find out their effective mechanism against hyperlipemia (HLP) in rats. After 56 days, the rats were killed. The activity of alanine aminotrans- ferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidasc (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), the content of free fatty acids (FFA) in serum in differem groups were measured. The pathological changes in liver, aorta and heart tissue were observed by hematoxylin-eosin (H-E). Compared to those in the model group, ALT decreased 14.73% and 64.50%, AST decreased 16.59% and 41.79%, FFA decreased 41.54% and 31.54%, CAT increased 45.09% and 101.16%, GSH- Px increased 13.02% and 36.26%, SOD increased 10.28% and 28.60%. The fatty degeneration in liver and aorta were improved ob- viously, but there was no effect in heart. The red and black rice polishings can improve HLP. The mechanism might be due to in- creased antioxidative capacity.
