终身教育法治化的探索与思考——以《河北省终身教育促进条例》为例

摘　　要：终身教育法治化是终身教育理念、教育关系、教育行为等方面在终身教育法律规范的作用下协调互动、相互促进的过程。建设学习型社会必须加快终身教育法治化进程,健全终身教育体系,改革优化教育管理体制,实现终身教育法治与教育改革的协同发展与创新。基于学习者权利本位,理顺终身教育法律关系,促进人的全面发展。The legalization of lifelong education is regarded as an interacting and mutually promoting process of lifelong education idea, lifelong education relations and lifelong education conducts under the demonstration effect of lifelong education law. Constructing＇ the learning society requires accelerating the legalization of lifelong education, building perfect system of lifelong education, reforming and optimizing its management system, achieving cooperative development and innovation of lifelong education legalization and its reform. Based on the rights of learners, the legal relationship of lifelong education needs to be streamlined in order to promote the all-around development of people.
