开放大学教师的角色转变问题探讨

摘　　要：自2012年,广播电视大学向开放大学转型备受社会关注。学校转型发展过程中,教师面对新的发展形式和不断发展的信息技术,必然在职责承担上有一些变化。开放大学的教师需要扮演好教学资源建设者、课程设计师、课程培训师、研究型学者等角色。Since 2012, the transformation of the radio and TV university to the open university has been given more social concern. In the school restructuring and development process, facing the new situation and evolving IT technology, there must be some changes in the teachers＇ responsibilities. The open university teachers need to play the roles of teaching resources builders, curriculum designers, courses trainers, research oriented scholars.
