终身教育立法背景下的学分银行建设研究

摘　　要：《河北省终身教育促进条例》的颁布实施,对河北省终身教育体系的构建将会起到法律和制度的支持和保障作用。而在终身教育体系构建中,学分银行的建设则会起到至关重要的作用。而在实践中,学分银行还存在一些亟待解决的问题,如选课问题,认证效果等。因此,在终身教育立法背景下来研究学分银行如何建设,则显得十分必要。Issuing and implementation of Promotion Regulations of Lifelong Education in Hebei Province will legally and institutionally support and protect the building of lifelong education system, in which the construction of the credit bank will play an important role. However, there exist some urgent problems, such as course selection and effect of certification. So the research on the construction of credit bank under the legislation of lifelong education will be very necessary.
