摘　　要：运用比较分析和案例分析的方法,结合在沈部分高校本科生导师制工作的实际案例,从多角度论述目前本科生导师制存在的一般性问题,并结合本人实际工作经历提出相应的改进办法。By using the methods of comparative analysis and case analysis, combined with the actual cases of undergraduate tutorial system in Shenyang, the general problems in the undergraduate tutorial system at present are discussed from multiple perspectives. Some improving measures are proposed combined with practical work experience.
