摘  要:目的了解武汉地区水产品中副溶血性弧菌的分子特征,为防止副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病提供基础数据。方法采用PCR的方法,对武汉市2008年-2013年从水产品中分离的64株副溶血性弧菌进行了耐热性溶血毒素基因tdh、耐热性溶血毒素相关溶血素基因trh、不耐热溶血素基因tlh、毒力表达基因toxR和大流行株O3:K6特征基因片段orf8进行检测,并进行统计分析。结果在64株副溶血性弧菌中,tdh、trh基因的阳性率为14.06%和4.69%,orf8基因的阳性率为7.81%,而toxR和tlh基因的阳性率为100.00%。结论 tlh和toxR基因可作为副溶血性弧菌的快速初筛和辅助鉴定手段。武汉地区水产品中副溶血性弧菌tdh,orf8阳性率较高,建议卫生监督部门加强水产品监管,提防公共卫生事件的发生。Objective To investigate the molecular characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from the aquatic products in Wuhan so as to provide basic for the foodbome disease control induced by Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Methods 64 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, from 2008- 2013 in Wuhan, were isolated in aquatic products which were colleeted from the restau- rants, hotels, supermarkets and the markets. With the method of PCR, thermostable hemolysin gene tdh, heat- resistant hemo- lytic toxin related hemolysin gene trh, thermolabile hemolysin gene tlh, virulence gene expression toxR and 03 : K6 features of pandemic strains off8 gene fragment of the 64 strains were detected, and statistical analysis was conducted. Results Out of the 64 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, DNA positive rates of tdh, trh and orf8 gene were 14.06% , 4.69% and 7.81% , respec- tively, while that of toxR and tlh were both 100.00%. Conclusion The tlh and toxR genes can be used as a fast screening and identifying method for Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The carrying rates of tdh and orf8 genes in Fibrio parahaemolyticus were high, which suggest that health supervision departments should strengthen supervision of water products to prevent the public health e- vents.
