摘  要:采用微波消解处理火锅底料样品,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定Pb,Cd,As,Cr,Fe,Mn,Cu和Zn8种矿质元素的分析方法。样品采用HNO3+H2O2混合酸微波辅助消解,优化了仪器的最佳条件。结果表明:8种元素的方法检出限为0.00003~0.00068μg/mL,回收率在91.00%~110.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.35%。火锅底料中微量元素Cr,Fe,Mn,Cu和Zn含量较低,重金属元素Pb,Cd符合国家卫生标准,As污染是火锅底料重金属污染的重要来源,该法准确度高、精密度好,并能同时进行多种元素的测定,完全能满足样品测定要求,可为火锅底料中矿质元素的快速检测提供科学依据。Samples of hotpot condiment are digested by microwave digestion,and the mineral elements of Pb,Cd,As,Cr,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn are determined by ICP-AES.HNO3 + H2 O2 are used to achieve the complete decomposition of organic matrix in a closed-vessel microwave oven.The working parameters of instrument are optimized.The results show that the detection limits are 0.00003 ~0.00068 μg/mL,and the recovery is 91.00%~110.0%,the relative standard deviation is less than 4.35%.The content of Cr,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn is relatively lower in hotpot condiment,the content of Pb and Cd in hotpot condiment is in accord with the national hygiene standards,and As is an important source of heavy metal pollution in hotpot condiment.This method is simple,sensitive, precise and could perform multi-elements determination simultaneously,which could satisfy the sample examination request and provide scientific rationale for determining mineral elements of hotpot condiment.
