基于校企合作的软件人才培养实践教学模式研究

摘　　要：围绕软件人才培养工作,从软件人才培养方案的制定、实践教学体系的改革、校企合作的实践等方面深入探索可行性的培养模式.结果表明,校企合作的软件人才培养模式,能提高学生的就业竞争力,同时企业也能从中受益.Focusing on the cultivation of software talents,the study expores feasible cultivation mode from several aspects,including making software talents cultivation plan,innovating the practice teaching system and practicing university -enterprise cooperation.The results show that university -enterprise cooperation mode for cultivating software talents can increase students employment competence;meanwhile,enterprises can also benefit from it.
