摘 要:目的:对比了解我国东西部农村基层卫生人员的薪酬待遇现状。方法:采用方便抽样方法,对北京、山东、青海和广西7个县(区)的74所乡镇卫生院及465所村卫生室进行问卷调查。结果:分别从薪酬水平、薪酬提升、薪酬结构、薪酬管理和福利保障五个方面对我国东西部农村基层卫生人员薪酬待遇进行了对比,在乡镇层面,东部地区的薪酬待遇好于西部地区,但在村级层面,西部乡村医生除福利保障外的其他薪酬待遇好于东部地区。结论:东、西部地区农村基层卫生人员的薪酬待遇依然偏低,需要进一步提升薪酬待遇,创新薪酬管理,加强福利保障,进而确保农村基层卫生人员的留用与稳定。Objective To compare the status of remuneration for health workers between eastern and western areas in rural Chi- na. Methods Using convenience sampling method, a questionnaire survey was carried out in Beijing, Shandong, Qinghai and Guan- gxi. In 7 counties, totally 74 township hospital centers and 465 village clinics were included in the survey. Results We compare the status of remuneration for rural health workers between eastern and western regions from 5 dimensions. They were remuneration lev- el, remuneration promotion, remuneration structure, remuneration management and welfare. At the township level, the status of remu- neration in eastern region was better than the western region. But at the village level,in addition to welfare, the status of remunera- tion of village doctors in western region was better than the eastern region. Conclusion The remuneration of health workers in eastern and western rural China remained low. It was necessary to promote the remuneration level, make innovative of compensation man- agement and strengthen the walfare for health workers in rural China. Therefore,it would make the retention of health professionals in rural China.
