摘 要:目的探讨急诊医学临床见习教学中病案教学法与传统教学法的教学效果。方法随机抽取2011年10月-2014年10月在北京朝阳医院实习的32名五年制医学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用病案教学法,对照班采用传统教学法,并针对两个教学效果进行对比分析。结果在急诊医学教学中,病案教学法的教学效果明显优于传统教学法,两组的平均考试成绩分别是79.4±6.5和89.1±7.3分(P<0.05)。结论病案教学法可以既增强学生学习兴趣,提高学生的课堂注意力和增强记忆效果,又可以培养学生的临床思维和沟通能力。Objective To investigate the teaching effect between the case-based study and traditional teaching method in emergency medicine practice teaching. Methods 32 medical interns of five-year were randomly selected as research objects from October 2011 to October 2014 in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital. They were randomly divided into 2 groups: the experimental group, and the control group. Case-based teaching method was used in the experimental group while the traditional teaching method was used in the control group, then conducted a comparative analysis on the teaching effect between the two groups. Results In the teaching of emergency medicine, case-based teaching method was obviously superior to the traditional teaching method, the average test scores of the two groups were 79.4 ± 6. 5 and 89. 1 ± 7.3 ( P〈0. 05 ) respectively. Conclusions The case-based teaching method could enhance the learning interests of students, improve their attention and memory effect in class, and cultivate their clinical thinking and communication skills at the same time.
