摘　　要：育人是在主体与文化、知识、价值体系等核心要素的共同作用下,通过对主体的素质养成过程施以影响,到达教育功能。以浙江交通职业技术学院为例,分析其培养"领航者"的内在机理,归纳出育人的"关爱—引导—内化—激活"的CMIA模型。Education is the individual and its core elements such as culture, knowledge and value system, under the joint action of through the individual of the quality process to influence, to reach the education function. This paper, takes case as Zhejiang Institute of Communications, analysis the cultivation of the inner mechanism of cultivating the Pi- lots, summed up CMIA model of Care- Mentor- Internalize- Activate.
