摘  要:词汇是儿童语言的基础。与同龄健听儿童相比,听障儿童由于听力损失,存在词汇量小、词类范围窄、词义理解表浅等问题。本文通过分析健听儿童词汇语义发展的关键指标词汇量、词类和词义三方面的发展规律,通过词汇分级学习逐步增加词汇量、典型原型与相关内容相联系加深语义理解、建立语义网络加快词汇检索和提取三个措施,探讨听障儿童的语言康复策略。The acquisition of lexical semantic is the foundation of the language development of children. Because of the congenital hearing defects, the language development of hearing-impaired children often lags behind normal-hearing children in vocabulary, word classes and word meaning. This article explores the developmental rules of lexical semantic acquisition in normal-hearing children and discusses the implications of these rules for the rehabilitation of hearing-impaired children. We will discuss the three measures in relation to the improvement of different vocabulary grades, the semantic understanding and related contents for the rehabilitation of hearing impaired children.
