摘 要:目的:了解江苏省连云港市食品安全状况。方法:将2013年连云港市食品安全风险监测数据进行分析统计,与其它地方食品安全风险监测数据比较。结果:连云港市食品总体合格率为94.7%,水产品合格率仅为83.7%,镉超标严重;流通环节食品和餐饮环节食品合格率也较低,存在滥用食品添加剂和非食品物质的现象。结论:连云港市食品安全状况总体较好,但个别环节某些产品存在不安全因素,需要食品安全监管部门加强监督管理。[Objective] To reaalize the status of food safety in Lianyungang city of Jiangsu province. [Method] Data on food safety risk survailence was analyzed and compared with the data from other cities. [Result] The overall qualification rate of food in Lianyungang city was 94. 7% , seafood was 83.7% , and the concentration of cadmium in food exceeded the required standards. Due to the misuse of food additives and non-edible substances, the qualification rate of food in circulation and served on the table was low. [Conclusion] Food safety status was good in Lianyungang city, but potential risks were present in certain areas. Food safety supervising departments needed to enhance the sur- vailence and administration.
