摘　　要：新产品开发是企业竞争优势培育的关键环节,而集成创新是新产品开发的主要形式,知识转化对集成创新具有内在促进作用。在新产品开发集成创新过程中,存在大量知识社会化、知识外显化、知识内隐化和知识组合化行为,可将对集成创新的激励转化为对知识转化的激励。知识转化视角下集成创新理论与实践仍处于探索阶段,存在较大拓展空间。New product development is a key link to cultivate enterprise competitive advantage. Integrated innovation is the main form of new product development. Knowledge transformation has inherent function to the promotion of integrated innovation. In the integrated innovation of new product development, there are a lot of social knowledge, explicit knowledge, implicit knowledge and a combination of knowledge. The integrated innovation incentive can be converted into motivation of knowledge transformation. The theory and practice of integrated innovation is still at the exploratory stage under the perspective of knowledge transformation. Meanwhile,there is a larger development space in it.
