摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,世界高等教育质量评估发展迅速,逐渐形成了质量认证、院校审核、政府评估、自我评估四种基本模式。对美国高等教育质量认证模式和英国院校审核模式的概况、标准、程序和特点的分析,将对中国高等教育质量评估工作提供积极的参考和借鉴。Since 1990s,quality evaluation of world higher education has developed rapidly and gradually. Four basic modes have formed including quality accreditation,institutional assessment,government evaluation and self evaluation. The analysis of the survey,standards,procedures,and characteristics of the American quality accreditation of higher education and English institutional assessment mode will provide positive references and lessons for quality evaluation of higher education in China.
