摘 要:案例教学是民法教学中的重要形式,它能让学生增加对法律的感性认识,了解现实法律的运作情况,提高运用法律原理分析问题、解决问题的能力。案例教学有常规案例教学和专门案例教学。常规案例教学是在课堂上讲授中穿插案例;专门案例教学可以采用以下形式:示范案例专题讨论、法律视频、庭审旁听、模拟法庭、法律情景剧等形式。为实现案例教学的预期目的,需要选择好案例教学形式,同时重视案例教学的教学反馈和教学评价。注重教学反馈是以学生为中心的教学模式的体现,教学评价需要学生评价、同行评价和专业督导评价三者共同发挥作用。Case teaching is an important form of civil law teaching .It can increase the students'perceptual knowledge of the law , understand the practical legal operations , enforce the ability to use the principle of the law to analyze and solve the problem .There are two kinds of case teaching , one is routine case teaching , the other is spe-cial case teaching .Teachers can alternate cases in routine case teaching;special case teaching has five kinds:case discussion , watching the video , observing trials , mock-up court , and legal sitcoms .In order to achieve the intend-ed purpose of case teaching , it is required to choose a good case teaching form , at the same time to attach great im-portance to the teaching feedback of case teaching and teaching evaluation .Paying attention to the teaching feed-back is the embodiment of teaching mode which looks the students as the center of the teaching , the teaching evalu-ation needs student assessment , peer assessment and professional supervision evaluation to play a role together .
