促进高校与科技型中小企业产学研合作创新的对策研究

摘　　要：高校是科技创新的主力军,企业是科技成果转化的主体,产学研合作可以实现高校和企业之间科技创新资源的优势互补。本文在对天津市高校教师和科技型中小企业调研的基础上,总结分析了天津市高校与科技型中小企业产学研合作现状及存在问题,提出了一些促进高校与科技型中小企业产学研合作创新的对策与建议。Universities are the main force of technological innovation, and enterprises are the main bodies to put scientific and technological achievements into production. Industry-university-research institution collaboration between universities and enterprises can have complementary advantages in making the best use of science and technology innovation resources. Based on a survey of the university teachers and High-tech SMEs in Tianjin,the status quo and problems in this kind of collaboration were summarized and analyzed.Some strategies to promote the collaboration were proposed.
