摘　　要：当前,服务区域经济社会发展已成为地方高校的重要使命,以服务为导向也应成为地方高校学科建设的重要战略。科学合理定位、提高人才培养的适切性、提升学科竞争优势和优化学科资源配置应成为地方高校学科建设实施服务导向战略的基本选择。作为一所水电特色鲜明的地方综合性大学,三峡大学在"双服务"的办学思路引领下,通过优化学科建设制度设计、完善学科建设组织形式、建立学科动态调整机制、依托协同创新以及推动区域文化传承等一系列举措,逐步探索出一条以服务为导向的地方高校学科建设之路,不断推动行业和区域发展的良性互动。Servicing the regional economic and social development currently has become an ur- gent mission of local universities, so that service-oriented development should become an im- portant strategy of discipline constructions of local universities. Scientific and rational positio- ning, improving adaptation and relevance of talent training, enhancing the discipline＇ s compet- itive advantage and optimizing discipline resource allocation are the inevitable choices for local u- niversities to implement the service-oriented strategy. As a local university with distinctive hydro- power characteristics, under the guidance of the ＂double service＂ school-running principle, Three Gorges University has gradually explored the service-oriented way to discipline construc- tion and achieve positive interaction with industry and regional development by optimizing the discipline construction system, improving the forms to organize discipline, establishing discipli- nary dynamic adjustment mechanism, relying on collaborative innovation and promoting region- al cultural heritage.
