摘　　要：加强高校基层服务型党组织建设是全面贯彻党的教育方针的必然要求,针对高校基层服务型党组织建设中在服务意识、资源保障、服务机制、服务能力等方面存在问题,从思想教育、能力建设、载体创新、制度建设、条件保障、督查考核六大工作机制的建立完善探讨高校基层服务型党组织建设的途径与方法。The reinforcement of grass-roots service p~＊＊,y ,-＊~ requirement for fully implementing the party＇s educational policy. Focusing on the problems during the construction of grass-roots service party organizations in universities including weak service awareness, inadequate resource guarantee, virtual service mechanism, inferior service capability, this paper discusses the construction ways and methods of grass-roots service party organizations in universities from the view of establishing and perfecting 6 working mechanisms including ideological education, ability building, carrier innovation, system construction, condition guarantee, supervision and examination.
