论高职院校体育教学改革存在的问题及解决办法

摘　　要：本文通过文献资料、调研与访谈等研究方法,对高职院校体育教学改革中存在的问题进行研究与分析。结果表明:体育教学改革过程受传统教学观念的影响较大;体育教学改革没有与学生职业特点相结合;体育教学改革对课程评价不够全面;体育教师教学科研能力及创新能力有待提高等都存在着一定问题。针对这些问题提出解决建议:体育教学改革中应树立先进的体育教学观念;体育教学改革与学生职业能力发展相结合;构建"职业实用性"体育教学模式;建立适应高职院校学生特点的体育评价体系;提高体育教师教学科研能力及创新能力。With methods of literature, investigation and interview, the paper studies and analyzes problems existing in P.E. teaching reform in higher vocational colleges. Results show that： reform in P. E. teaching is influenced by traditional teaching ideas; P.E. teaching reform fails to combine with characteristics of students＇ vocation; evaluation by P. E. teaching reform on curriculum lacks enough comprehensiveness; P.E. teachers＇ abilities of teaching and doing scientific researches and innovating need to be improved. Aiming at these problems, the paper puts forward countermeasures as follows： setting up advanced ideas of P. E teaching in reform; combining P.E. teaching with the development of students＇ vocational aptitude; constructing the P.E. teaching mode of ＇practical vocation＇ ; establishing a P. E. evaluation system that suits for the characteristics of higher vocational college students; improving P.E. teachers＇ability of teaching and doing scientific research and innovating.
