摘  要:[目的 ]初步调查分析山东部分地区生猪屠宰环节沙门氏菌污染状况和血清型分布,了解生猪屠宰环节沙门氏菌的动态变化。[方法 ]采集鲁东部、东北部、中部、西部和西南部地区不同规模屠宰场生猪屠宰环节样品共1012份,分离疑似沙门氏菌并利用PCR方法和血清凝集反应进行鉴定,单因子血清进一步进行血清型分析。[结果 ]共分离鉴定沙门氏菌202株;鲁东、东北、中部、西部和西南部地区的沙门氏菌污染率分别为27.2%、12.6%、34.6%、12%和13.5%;沙门氏菌分离株共有9种血清型,以德尔卑(S.derby)、鼠伤寒(S.typhimurium)、汤卜逊(S.thompson)为主。[结论 ]山东地区部分屠宰场生猪屠宰环节存在较严重的沙门氏菌污染现象,应加强屠宰环节致病菌监测,并在屠宰全程严格执行良好生产规范。[Objective] To investigate Salmonella contamination status of during pig slaughtering in Shandong province and understand the dynamic trend of Salmonella in pig slaughtering. [Method] 1012 samples were gathered during pig slaughtering at different level from east, north-east, middle, west and south-west of Shandong province in 2014. Salmonella strains were isolated and identified by PCR and serum agglutination test and their serotypes were further analyzed with the O type serum to Salmonella. [Result] 202 Salmonella strains were isolated. The isolation rate in the east, north-east, middle, west and south-west parts of Shandong Province was 27.2%, 12.6%, 34.6%, 12% and 13.5%, respectively. There were 9 Salmonella serotypes. S.derby, S.typhimurium and S.thompson were the dominant serotypes in this area. [Conclusion] Heavy Salmonella contaminations were observed during pig slaughtering in each slaughterhouse in Shandong province. Salmonella strains isolated had diverse phenotypes. Cross contamination of Salmonella existed in all steps of pig slaughtering.
