摘　　要：中北大学软件学院是国家级示范性软件职业技术学院,以培养创新型、实用型软件人才为目标,学院在传统教学环节的基础上,增加为期半年的综合实训时间,建立了校企共建共享式软件实训基地,并积极探索人才培养模式,在此基础上,总结了"产业云"人才构建途径、实训基地"共享式"方法、实训基地实训经验的推广方法。Software School Of North University Of China is a national demonstration software of Career Technical College, The goal is developing innovative, practical software talents, College Based on traditional teaching links, add practical training for half a year, and establish school sharing and enduring software training base, and actively explore the talent training model, on this basis, sum up the methods of ＂industry cloud＂ talent training and ＂sharing＂ method and the sharing practical experience.
