中等职教精细化工和化学工艺专业师资专业知识与专业实践能力调研分析——从化工工艺操作岗位群的视角研究

摘　　要：通过对多家企业进行走访调研及问卷调研,考察企业对中等职业学校精细化工和化学工艺专业毕业生的需求现状和企业岗位设置情况,分析岗位应具备的相关知识和基本能力,反推提升归纳总结出中职精细化工和化学工艺专业教师应具备的专业理论知识、职业和工作过程知识以及专业实践能力。The situation on the demand of factory to the secondary vocational schools graduates majored in the fine chemical engineering and chemical technology,and the position settings of the enterprises,has been ob-tained through the investigation and questionnaire survey. The relevant knowledge and basic ability of these jobs were analyzed. Finally,the professional knowledge,knowledge of work process and practical ability that the fine chemical engineering and chemical technology professional teachers in secondary vocational school should possess were summarized.
