摘  要:钱大昕通过对先秦经典文本中"天道"一词的考释,"还原"出了"天道"的科学含义和宗教含义。对于科学意义上的"天道",钱大昕主张采取实证的办法来加以研究;对于宗教意义上的"天道",钱大昕基于"经世致用"的考虑,将其划入信仰的范围,并提出了一套有宗教意味的"敬天修身"学说,从而在与佛、道二教的竞争中,为儒家"明善寡过"的教化理论提供了新的基础和依据。Qian Da-xin" restore" the scientific meaning and religious meaning of" Tian Dao" by the explanation of its lex- ical meaning of the word" Heaven" in the classic text. " Tian Dao", on his understanding of religious significance, refers to the force or rule beyond human's control and domination. Based on the idea of Statecraft, Qian Da-xin defined it in the scope of faith and developed a theory with religious flavor, which places emphasis on keeping the adoration and deference to nature and cultivating individual moral character, and provides a new foundation and basis for competition with the Buddhism and Daoism.
