摘　　要：文章阐述了高职院校人文素养教育的内涵,分析了高职院校人文素养教育的现状及成因,力求探索高职院校人文素养教育实现的策略,提出了高职院校学生人文素养的培养途径。The article expounds the connotation of the humanities education in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the present situation and genesis of the humanities education in higher vocational colleges, makes every effort to explore the strategy of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges to realize, put forward the ways for the cultivation of the higher vocational college students＇ humanities accomplishment.
