摘  要:学校教研文化是学校文化的重要组成部分,它对促进教师发展乃至学生发展、学校发展,都具有独特而重要的价值。新形势下,学校应充分认识教研文化建设的价值和意义,认真改进传统教研工作中的各种弊端,切实转变理念、完善制度、优化行为、加强保障,努力构建立足于校本、建基于新课改的理想的学校教研文化。Teaching and research culture of a school is an important component of the school culture and is of unique and significant value in promoting teacher development,student development and school development. Under the new situation,the school should be fully aware of the value and meaning of teaching and research culture construction,improve all the malpractices in the traditional teaching and research work,change the old concept,improve the system,optimize behavior,and strengthen the guarantee,so as to construct a school-based teaching and research culture that is based on the ideals of the curriculum reform.
