论权变理论视域下的地方高校研究生管理体制改革

摘　　要：目前,权变理论在管理中得到了广泛的运用。通过对地方高校研究生教育管理的现状研究,发现地方高校研究生教育管理存在权力集中、信息不畅、制度不科学、组织机构类型单一等问题。基于权变理论,提出了地方高校研究生教育管理变革的措施:权力下放、建立健全的信息共享平台、完善制度建设、调整组织机构。At present,the contingency theory is widely used in management.After studying the current situation of the management system of postgraduate students in local colleges and universities,a series of problems are found,such as centralized power,information blockade,unscientific system and single organization type.Based on the contingency theory,some revolutionary measures for the management system of postgraduate students are put forward.They includes：power delegation,establishing sound information sharing platform,improving system construction and adjusting organization instructions.
