摘　　要：本文针对高校教师肩负的重任和职业要求,结合当前形势及自身的教育教学实践,对地方高校教师在新形势下必备的综合素质进行了多方面的探究。In view of the important tasks shouldered by college teachers and their occupational requirement, combined with the current situation and the writer＇s own teaching practice, this paper made an exploration on the necessary qualities of college teachers in the new situation from multiple aspects.
