浅谈新时代大学班主任班级管理艺术

摘　　要：学生成长的摇篮就是班级,学生大部分时间都是在学校中度过,因此可以说班级是学生的第二个家。只有将班级建设好了,才能帮助学生更好地成长,进而为社会培育出优秀的人才。大学班级的负责人就是班主任,因此班主任在对班级进行管理时,需要全方面管理学生的思想与作风、学习与健康。文章从新时代大学班主任的工作着手,深入探讨了该时期大学班主任对班级的管理工作。The cradle for students＇ growth is the class, and most of students＇ time is spent at school, so it can be said that the class is the second home of students. Only effective class management can help students＇ better growth and cultivate more excellent talents for the society. The responsible person for college students＇ class is the head teacher, so head teachers need to comprehensively manage students＇ thoughts, styles of living, learning and health in class management. Starting from college head teachers＇ work in the new era, this paper deeply explores college head teachers＇ class management in this era.
