高职院校自主招生与统招生学业调查及研究——以南京交通职业技术学院自主招生为例

摘　　要：高职自主招生是国家授权高职院校独立组织考试录取的一种方式,学生入校后与统招的学生同等待遇。本文以南京交通职业技术学院自主招生实践为例,通过对2013~2016年自主招生类学生与统招类学生在学校各个方面的表现及发展情况进行跟踪调查和素质比较,得出数据和结论,以期为高职院校自主招生的改革和完善及提升高职院校人才培养质量提供数据支撑和实证依据。The self-enrollment of higher vocational colleges is a way of higher vocational colleges to independently organize examination and enrollment authorized by the government, and students enjoy the same treatment as regularly enrolled students do.Taking the self-enrollment practice of Nanjing Communications Institute of Technology as an example, this paper made a follow-up survey on the performance and development of selfnrolled students and regularly enrolled students during 2013-2016, compared their qualities and concluded the data, hoping to provide a data support and empirical basis for the reform of self-enrollment and the improvement of talent cultivation quality in higher vocational colleges.
