摘  要:生产性实训是高职教育中一种有效的教学手段和就业预备手段。软件专业作为一个实践性较强的专业,要结合自身特点,在校企合作和工学结合的人才培养模式下,创建生产性实训基地,进而推动学生实习就业、双师素质教师培养、专业改造,降低专业实训成本,使专业发展进入良性循环的轨道。As an effective means of teaching and employment preparation, productive practice is becoming a weak point of higher voca- tional education in China. As software is a specialty with strong practice background and strict production process, it is essential to construct productive practice bases following the modes of school - enterprise cooperation and working - learning combination. In this way, it helps to improve students" practice and employment and cultivate teachers with double quantified certification as well as rebuild specialty structure. Furthermore, it can generate a certain amount of economic profit and reduce the cost of productive practice, which finally lead the specialty development to a virtuous cycle.
