摘　　要：有限环的结构与其零因子数目有密切的关系。本文在前人的基础上,通过利用半单环的结构定理、环的单位群的性质、有限环的Jacobson根的阶与环的阶及环的单位群的阶的关系等,完全确定了具有n(n≥2)个左零因子且n(n-6)<|R|<n(n-4)的环R的结构。The structure of a finite ring is very relative with the number of the zero divisors of the rtng. In this paper, by using the structure theorem of semisimple rings, the properties of the unit group of a finite ring, the relationship among the order of the Jacobson root of the ring for a finite ring, the order of the ring and the order of the unit group of the ring, etc., the structure of the rings with n （n≥2） left zero divisors and n n（n-6）〈｜R｜〈n （n -4） is completely classified.
