哲学解释学视角下对糖尿病血糖控制的剖析

摘　　要：血糖的控制是糖尿病管理最关键的任务。然而,糖尿病患者普遍血糖控制不理想,不仅损害患者心、脑、肾等重要脏器的功能,还给个人、家庭和社会带来沉重的经济负担。本文从哲学解释学的角度剖析了糖尿病患者存在于世的方式、医护人员对糖尿病患者的片面理解及对血糖控制困难这一现象畸形的意义建构,从而阐述了糖尿病患者血糖控制困难的原因。同时,本文在哲学解释学的引领下倡导制定个性化的治疗护理方案、摒弃主客二分的思想及以平等的医患间对话促进对医学现象的真实理解。本文为医护人员提供了发现问题和解决问题的新视角。Blood glucose control is the key task for disease management of diabetes .However ,patients cannot achieve an optimal blood glucose control generally ,which damages functions of patients＇important organs including heart ,brain , kidney etc .,and brings the heavy burdens for the individual ,family and the society as well .From the hermeneutics perspectives ,this article analyzes being in the world for patients with diabetes ,the biased understanding of patients from healthcare providers ,and the distorted construction of meaning for the phenomenon of difficult blood glucose control . Simultaneously , the reasons for difficult blood glucose control have been elaborated . Furthermore , guided by hermeneutics ,it is proposed that individualized treatment and care ,casting aside the division of subject and object and the equal dialogue between patients and healthcare providers for true understanding of medical phenomenon should be advocated .Thus ,the article provides a new perspective to help healthcare providers to find problems and solutions dealing w ith them .
