摘  要:教育生态学主张整体观念,将整个教育活动视为一个有机的整体,将学生、教师、教学设备以及教学过程中的各个环节视为系统中的要素,并主张促进各要素之间的合理流动,以实现教学目标。对于大学英语教师来说,结合教育生态学的原理反思英语教学中的各种因素之间的关系,并积极应用于教学实践,对于如何促进英语教学创新以及提高教学效果有积极的意义。Educational ecology indicates holism which regards the entire education activities as an organic system. The students, the teacher, the teaching equipments and the teaching process are all considered as basic factors in the system. The theory advocates promoting rational flowing among the various factors to achieve teaching objectives. It is very significant for college English teachers to contemplate the relationship among these various factors, put the principles of the theory into teaching practice, promote English teaching innovation and improve teaching effectiveness.
