摘　　要：通过分析我国科研诚信失范现象及其原因，揭示现行科研管理体制与科技人员利益之间的矛盾冲突，归纳整理澳、英、美三国的科研诚信建设经验，最后提出我国加强科研诚信问题的对策建议。By analyzing scientific research misconduct and its causes, this paper revealed the conflicts between interests of researchers and management, and proposed measures and suggestions to construct scientific integrity system in Chinese institutions by drawing on experiences from Australia, UK and America.
