摘 要:为研究膨胀石墨对大豆油的吸附性能,采用化学氧化法制备膨胀石墨,分析膨胀石墨的微观结构和形貌。SEM结果显示,所制备的膨胀石墨具有蠕虫状的结构,并且疏松多孔。XRD结果表明,在2θ为26.3°和54.8°处分别有衍射峰,对应碳的(006)和(0012)晶面。以膨胀体积为203 m L/g的膨胀石墨为吸附剂,以大豆油为样品油,研究膨胀石墨对大豆油的吸附性能。结果表明:吸附时间,温度和p H对膨胀石墨的吸附效果影响较大,当吸附时间为2 h,温度为15℃,p H为10时,可以得到最佳吸附性能。This paper is aimed specifically at studying the adsorption of exfoliated graphite on soy- bean oil. The study is clone by preparing exfoliated graphite using chemical oxidation method and thereby analyzing morphology and microstrueture of expanded graphite by SEM and XRD. SEM results demon- strate that the expanded graphite has worm-like structure and porous morphology. XRD results point to the occurrence of the diffraction peak at 2θ =26.3° and 54.8°, corresponding to the carbon (006) and (0012) crystal plane. The research into the adsorption behavior of expanded graphite on soybean oil u- sing expanded graphite with an expansion volume of 203 mL/g as an adsorbent, and soybean oil as the sample shows that adsorption time, temperature and pH have a greater effect on the adsorption capacity of expanded graphite and the best adsorption performance results from the optimal experimental condition: the adsorption time of 2 h, the temperature of 15 ℃, and pH of 10.
