摘  要:针对多次走刀切削参数优化问题,基于模型预测控制策略,建立了以生产率及单位切除体积生产成本作为目标函数,相关技术指标作为约束条件的多次走刀切削参数优化模型.采用宽容分层序列法对所建立的多目标、非线性模型进行处理,运用模型预测控制策略及内点法进行优化求解.仿真结果中,将提出的策略与传统优化方法所获得的优化结果进行相比,证明了该方法求解复杂度低,并能够获得生产率更高、生产成本更低的最优切削参数组合.In order to solve the problem of multi-pass cutting parameter optimization, a multi-pass cutting parameter optimization model is proposed, based on model predictive model strategy, whose objective functions are productivity and the production cost of unit removal volume and constraints are related technical index. In this paper, a tolerant lexicographic method is used to handle the model, which is a multi-objective, multi-variable, nonlinear optimization problem, then model predictive control and interior point method is utilized to solve it. Comparing the optimization results, which are achieved by the strategy proposed in this paper with the traditional optimization method, it tums out to be that the strategy proposed in this paper not only has lower complexity for solving, but also can obtain the optimal combination of cutting parameters of higher productivity and lower production cost.
