摘　　要：高职大学英语教学改革应将该课程教学纳入专业人才培养方案予以统筹,走职业技能与职业素质相结合之路。同时,既要能够满足专业人才培养对英语的基本职业要求又能兼顾学生个性化学习的需求。English teaching reform of higher vocational colleges should be overall arranged in the professional talent training scheme .It is a way to take it as a combination of professional skill ＆ career quality .And ,it should meet the need of the specialty to achieve the basic job requirement of English ,but alsosatisfy the individualized needs of English learning .
