摘　　要：中国实行市场经济体制以来,现代性已经不可阻挡地进入了我们的生活,我们应该顺应历史发展的趋势,对传统道德人格以合理整合中西方精华的方式进行全方位的现代性转换,即道德人格目的的转换、道德规范内容的转换、道德人格内容的转换,道德人格教育原则的转换。这样,国人才不仅从物质层面,而且从精神层面也能够进入和适应现代性时代与生活。Since China puts forward the market economy,modernization has come into our life. We should follow the trend to transform our traditional moral personality into the modernization by integrating the essence of China and western countries,which includes the transformation of moral personality goals,the contents of moral regulations,the principals of moral education. Only in this way can we adapt to modern life from both material and spiritual aspects.
