临床药学本科生科研创新能力培养模式研究初探

摘　　要：临床药学专业的本科生具有医学与药学知识兼备的特点,是培养复合型医学或药学人才的最佳人选。如何根据临床药学专业本科生知识结构的特点,加强其科研创新能力培养是临床药学专业人才培养的目标之一,也是任课教师教育教学中的一项新任务。本文根据临床药学专业本科生与药理学科研工作者具有类似的知识结构的特点,系统地介绍了如何加强临床药学专业本科生科研创新能力的培养,从而为药理学硕士研究生的培养输送优质生源。The undergraduates majoring in clinical pharmacy have the characteristics of both medical and pharmaceutical knowledge, which are the best candidates for cultivation of medical or pharmaceutical talents with mixed qualities. According to the characteristic which is similar to what researchers in pharmacology should possess, how to strengthen research innovation ability training for undergraduates majoring in clinical pharmacy was introduced, consequently delivering high quality candidates for the cultivation of pharmacological postgraduates.
