摘 要:目的了解预包装食品营养标签在社区居民中的使用情况。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样方法抽取上海市虹口区400名社区居民进行问卷调查,了解其对食品营养标签的理解、使用程度。结果有过1次以上将营养标签作为购买食品参考依据的比例是41.04%(n=151),其中,2.99%(n=11)的调查对象每次都使用、22.83%(n=84)经常使用和15.22%(n=56)偶尔使用。58.96%(n=217)的调查对象从不使用营养标签作为购买食品的参考,其中48.10%(n=177)不使用营养标签的原因是没有养成习惯,38.32%(n=141)则是因为购物时间紧张,7.07%(n=26)是因为内容难以理解或不感兴趣(24人,占6.52%)。另外,52.45%(n=193)的调查对象表示对营养标签不了解。不同人群对营养标签的使用率不同:女性比男性对营养标签的使用率更高(χ2=8.599,P<0.01);体重正常者使用率高于超重或肥胖者(χ2=5.543,P<0.01),身体健康者比患有一种或以上慢性疾病者使用率更高(χ2=6.337,P<0.01);有锻炼习惯的人比从不锻炼的人使用率更高(χ2=12.17,P<0.01);不同职业和不同年龄的调查对象对营养标签的使用率差异无统计学意义。结论居民对预包装食品营养标签使用率仍普遍较低,对标签的正确理解存在不同程度的困难。Objective The aim of this study was to discuss the current usage of food nutrition facts labels among community residents. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 residents randomly selected in Hongkou district of Shanghai using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method. Results Only41.04% of participants claimed of buying prepackaged food based on the information of nutrition labels for each food purchase(2.99%),or for majority food purchases(22.83%)or for some purchase(15.22%).Among those who claimed of never paying attention to nutrition labels when buying prepackaged food,48.10% admitted of not having the habit of looking at labels,38.32%claimed of having no time to look at the labels,while others reported of being not interested in reading the labels or unable to understand them.In general,female consumers were more likely to read nutrition labels than males(χ2=8.599,P〈0.01),and the nutrition label usage rates were higher among residents with normal weight,who were healthy as well as among residents who did exercise a lot compared with those obese or overweight,or suffering at least one chronic disease,or being physically inactive(P〈0.01).The differences of nutrition label usage rates were not significant among residents in different age groups and with different occupations. Conclusions The food nutrition label usage rate is still relatively low among community residents and majority of them have difficulties to correctly understand the contents of the labels.
