积极心理学理念下的高校助学帮困工作新探

摘  要:积极心理学注重探索人的积极力量,着重研究人的积极体验、积极品质和积极的社会制度。高校助学帮困工作面临着贷款工作"催款难、还款难"的困境,以及贫困学生的心理、学业困境有待解决的问题,而积极心理学能够给助学帮困工作带来解决的方法与措施:贫困生"导生制"引导学生在朋辈教育中形成积极体验;个性化教育针对不同的学生分别教育,培养每个贫困生独特的积极品质;目标分层培养模式促进学校形成积极的教育环境。Positive psychology is a study that pays attention to the positive power of humanity, and mainly studies the positive experience, quality of human beings and the positive social system.During the assistance work in university for needy students, we have to face the loan troubles that it is very difficult to call students’ loan and let them give the repayment.Meanwhile, how to help the poor students out of psychological and academic difficulties is also a trouble.The significance and methods of the assistance work in university for needy students can be got from lessons of the concepts of positive psychology.Under the concepts of positive psychology, the monitorial system for poor students can guide them to form a positive experience in peer education, the unique positive quality of each poor student can be cultivated by individualized education which focuses on different education for different students, and the positive university education environment also can be promoted by the training mode of multi-level target.These measures which is of help education significance for poor students can not only inspire educators to carry on the positive education for poor students, but also help the problems of the assistance work in university for needy students to be solved.
