校内实训基地必须凸显“职业”核心要素

摘　　要：通过对境内外多个实训基地的比较研究和参与境内多种实训基地的建设实证,提出校内实训基地必须凸显"职业"核心要素,深入诠释支撑其的8个一般要素:领导、主体、布局、环境、设备、课程、师资、工位。用心提炼上述要素得以实现的建设经验,不仅对职业院校的校内实训基地,而且对社会的高技能人才公共实训基地的建设和运管都具有提高建设质量、提高就业水平和提高投资效益的积极实用意义。Through study and comparison, this article proposes that the campus training base must highlight the ＂occupation＂ of core elements. This article also puts forward the following eight-supported factors： the leadership, the subject, the layout, the equipment, the environment, curriculum, the teachers, and the station. The construction experience of the above factors is refined. It has positive significance and practical value, for not only the occupation college campus training base, but also the construction and operation management of the public training base of the high skilled talents, to improve the construction quality, raise the level of employment and improve the benefit of investment.
