摘　　要：黄休复与《益州名画录》的关系历来是美术史讨论的焦点,争议颇多。通过对原有材料的重新解读与利用,对于黄休复《益州名画录》和辛显《益州画录》研究中诸多存疑之处有更为清晰的认识,推进其研究的深入。The relationship between HUANG Xiu-fu and A Collection of Great Paintings in Ylzhou has long been the focus for discussion in fine arts history. No agreement has been reached yet. Through reinterpretation and utilization of the o- riginal materials, this paper has clarified some doubts in research of H UANG＇s A Collection of Great Paintings in Yizhou and XI Xian＇s A Collection of Paintings in Yizhou.
